ScaleNET® Wi-Fi Weight Transmitters provide a simple and cost-effective way to wirelessly transmit weight data from scales to computers, tablets, smartphones, and other network-connected devices. Designed for non-legal-for-trade weighing applications, ScaleNET converts analog load cell signals into digital weight data and communicates directly through a Wi-Fi network, eliminating the need for hardwired connections between the scale and monitoring devices.
Ideal for bench scales, floor scales, axle pads, tank and hopper scales, agricultural weighing systems, and mobile weighing applications, ScaleNET allows operators to monitor weight information remotely with a typical wireless range of up to 60 feet (18 meters). The system is especially useful in applications where cabling is impractical, equipment is frequently relocated, or operators need convenient access to weight data from multiple locations.
ScaleNET connects directly to a scale’s load cell or junction box and communicates wirelessly with PCs, tablets, and smartphones using the ScaleNET IDS mobile application. Free configuration utility software is available for Windows®, Android®, and Apple® devices, making setup and system management simple and accessible. Adjustable digital filtering options help improve weighing stability and performance in environments where vibration, electrical noise, or movement may affect readings.
